Dressed in a Galaxy

Began as a productivity test for my Surface Pro4.
The stylus parallax was unsatisfactory though, so most of the development was completed on desktop with an Intuos Pro Medium.
PS Tilt Blur [64px with 30% light bokeh] really gives focus to the character.
